What is your favorite place on campus? Why?

Clark Park! On sunny days I like to spend my breaks outside and Clark Park is the perfect place to do just that! It is such a peaceful and beautiful spot on campus. Plus you’ll often see students out there throwing a frisbee around, doing homework or hanging in their hammocks. I love the vibe!

What is your favorite thing to do in Denton? Why?

Explore! The Square is super cute and so fun; it is full of local spots where you can grab a bite to eat, meet up with friends, enjoy a dessert or peruse the vintage record shop. There is always something going on!

What advice do you have for prospective students?

Ask for help! It’s ok to reach out for help from the start to get your ducks in a row. We’re here to help and we WANT to help so be sure to utilize our staff so we can get you the tools you need to be successful before transitioning to UNT!

My random fact:

I played softball through college! Sports have always been a passion of mine and even though I am no longer playing, I still enjoy watching all types of athletic competitions! Football and baseball (go Cowboys and Rangers!!) are now my top two favorite sports to watch!
